When Starting a Data Entry Project Keep the Following in Mind

We lightly discussed the situation where a local NJ veterinarian decided to outsource the accounts payable processes to a company whom may or may not be off shoring some of the work. In this case, it is impossible to say that some domestic, lower level jobs have been replaced with off-shore workers. But, and that’s a big but, some other higher level domestic jobs have now been created. In order to stay competitive and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction off shoring companies are hiring domestic sales, management and client relations personnel to work at the company. Many times these positions come with higher pay, higher than the data entry or processing positions, and require a higher educational attainment. So yes, some data processing lower paying jobs have been replaced; but, higher paying customer facing management positions have been opened. It is very much a give and take relationship.
